As farm and rural businesses adapt to change, the need to take a holistic approach to developing the business will be required. RAIN should facilitate the development of more joined up advisory networks. It is important therefore that RAIN advisers work to key principles that promote this aim. By offering your details for inclusion in the RAIN website directory you agree to abide by the Key Delivery Principles for RAIN Advisers i.e.:-
- When a query is outside your range of expertise you agree to sign post the client effectively to a suitable source of guidance using the RAIN website.
- RAIN advisers agree to adopt a collaborative approach with other advisers to provide integrated advice and guidance to farmers and rural businesses.
- RAIN advisers will give no more than cursory guidance in cases requiring skills or expertise outside your primary or secondary RAIN categories.
