A joint initiative from the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, Growing Routes and Framework for Change who invite you to apply to take part in Yorkshire’s established Farming and Rural Business Leadership Programme. The course was successfully run for the first time last year and aims to equip farmers with the leadership and entrepreneurial skills to be able to react to new opportunities, to communicate with their customers and to have the ability to lead and bring other farmers with them.
